1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available for items with verified manufacturing defects or other eligible issues.
  • We do not offer refunds for sizing issues. Please refer to our size charts before placing your order to ensure accurate sizing.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@murbie.com.

Alternative to Refunds:

  • Store Credit: Apply your refund amount to a future purchase.
  • Exchange: Swap your item for another product of equal or lesser value.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


6. Refunds for Canadian Customers

All refunds are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you used an international payment method, exchange rate fluctuations may impact the final amount refunded.
